Inside the main home, fireplace framing is underway as we prepare for the pre-drywall inspection. Once that milestone is reached, we’ll move into insulation and drywall — the stage where every room begins to truly feel like a home.
Turning Hallways into Highlights
Rather than standard lighting, the home’s long hallway will be accented with elegant fixtures that bring both warmth and sophistication. It’s a perfect example of how design choices can elevate even the simplest spaces.
Design Details That Make an Entrance
On the exterior, stucco has been applied and prep work for stone is complete. Brow awnings will soon be installed above the windows and garage, followed by stonework that frames the home’s arched entrance. These layered details will create depth, richness, and curb appeal that matches the home’s striking interior design.
