From early planning to the final touches, every step requires skill and care, and we’re grateful for everyone who plays a part. Given Jenan’s 4,600+ square feet, the coordination between trades has been impressive, and each completed step brings the vision closer to reality!

Outdoor Details Taking Shape ☀️
Our trim carpenters have been busy hanging the exterior tongue and groove for the patio ceiling. Once stained to match the cedar beams, it will create a warm, cohesive feel throughout the outdoor living space. These small but meaningful details are what bring character and craftsmanship to a home.
Great Room Progress🪵
The great room beams are now fully installed and ready for staining. Once the finishing touches are applied, these beams will add depth, warmth, and stunning architectural presence to one of the home’s main gathering spaces.
Flooring and Deliveries Underway 📦
Inside, hardwood floors are going down, transforming the way the entire layout feels and flows. We also received our cabinet delivery, marking the start of several big interior installation milestones.
Primary Bath Style in Place 🚿
The primary bath cabinets are in, and their warm gray finish brings a beautiful sense of depth to the room. Paired with the soft, neutral-toned vertical wall tile, the space feels calm, modern, and effortlessly elevated. The tiles add subtle texture and a hint of sheen that creates visual interest without overwhelming the design, making them the perfect backdrop for the cabinetry. As the rest of the elements come together, the overall look will feel even more refined and sophisticated.
Kitchen Cabinet Install in Motion ️
Kitchen cabinets are being installed, and with the size and layout of this kitchen, it’s a detailed and substantial task. Our team approaches the process with precision and organization, making sure every piece fits seamlessly into place. Watching the heart of the home take shape is always a highlight.
Paver Prep and Pool Progress 🧱
As always, it all starts with the prep. That includes prepping for pavers, which is actively underway. Pool pavers are now in the middle of installation. Although it may be tough to envision the final look right now, everything is moving toward a beautiful oasis. Trust the process… it’s going to be stunning!
Toughest Inspector in Scottsdale 😄
No month would be complete without a visit from the toughest inspector in the City of Scottsdale, and that honor definitely goes to Rob Day! 🤣🤣🤣
Closing the Year with Gratitude ✨
Watching this home take shape is a daily reminder of how many people it takes to build something beautiful. From our construction crews and trade partners to the designers, suppliers, and project managers- every single person plays a part. I’m so grateful for this team and for the hard work, care, and craftsmanship that go into every detail. None of this would be possible without the dedication and talent that show up on site each day.
