Fall is officially here, and there’s a lot happening around Craft! We’re celebrating a big milestone at Jenan, watching Aster really start to make an impression, and finally seeing Larkspur move forward after what felt like the longest permit wait we’ve ever experienced.
And while we’re busy building, we’re also keeping our eyes open for what’s next. Here’s what’s happening around the Craft world!
Jenan
We’re so excited to celebrate the closing of Jenan and the lovely family who will now call it home. ❤️
They purchased Jenan so they could be closer to Grandma, and we couldn’t think of a better reason to welcome a new family into one of our homes!
We hope these walls hold countless beautiful memories for them for years to come. From the first day we broke ground to handing over the keys, it has been such a rewarding project to watch come to life.
And now, it’s time for Jenan to begin its next chapter.
A big thank you to all the hardworking hands that went into building this home, and congratulations to the new family who gets to call Jenan home. ❤️
Aster
Aster is really starting to show its presence!
The framing is nearly complete, and you can actually feel the scale of the home when you turn onto the street. It’s one of those moments in a build where the plans and drawings finally start becoming something you can truly see and experience.
And Aster isn’t the only new home making an impact on the street. There are two other new builds going in right next door and next to that one, so the whole neighborhood is humming with activity!

Larkspur
Larkspur has officially entered the next chapter. We finally have permits! 🎉
This one taught us a thing or two about patience and pushing forward. It was the longest we’ve ever waited for permits, and there were definitely moments when it felt like we were stuck in a never-ending loop of waiting, responding, pushing to keep things moving, and waiting some more.
But we kept at it and now we’re finally on our way!
The four corner pins are in place for both the house and casita, and our foundation and concrete crews are lined up. The next move? Getting dirt moving and watching Larkspur officially come to life.
We’re ready!
