The dog days of summer are in full swing here in Scottsdale, but the heat hasn’t slowed our team one bit. We’ve been making big strides on one of our latest luxury builds, and the progress is hard to miss—from the first framing beams to the finishing details that blend form and function.
Let There Be Light (and Smart Tech!)
Inside, the transformation is especially exciting. With natural light now streaming through the windows, the interior’s flow and personality are taking shape. This is the point in a build when the blueprint starts feeling like a home. Our crew has completed low-voltage wiring for smart home features, media systems, and security—future-proofing the space for modern living. Fire sprinklers are also in place, providing safety in compliance with Scottsdale’s residential codes.
Wrapping, Lathing, and Leveling Up the Luxe Factor
Outside, it’s all hands on deck. Scaffolding now wraps the home, giving our crews full access to prep for stucco and stonework. Lathing—the galvanized mesh that serves as the foundation for stucco—is being carefully applied to ensure long-lasting durability. Areas slated for stone have been covered with Tyvek house wrap, a high-performance barrier that keeps out air and moisture while allowing the home to “breathe.” Above it all, the roof underlayment is complete, adding a second layer of defense against the elements.
The exterior will ultimately showcase a refined mix of smooth stucco and natural stone—a timeless yet modern combination designed to look as good in 20 years as it does on move-in day.
Out back, the vision for luxury outdoor living is coming to life. Plans are finalized for a heated pool, spa, extended Baja step, and a fire feature just off the patio—the perfect blend of entertainment and relaxation.
From Floor to Fixture—Design Decisions in Motion
Now comes one of the most creative (and fun) stages: selecting the finishes. From flooring to tile to fixtures, each choice will shape the style, tone, and personality of the home. Our goal is simple—create a space that not only meets expectations but surpasses them.
